The state-form of Neutnacia is people's republic. The society has 3 groups, the Leader, the Ministers and the People. All of the People are in the Union of the Neutfere People. It can vote laws. If they've voted a law, they have to send it to the minister for control and veto who deals with that section (for example they voted that who can enter to the country, then they have to send it to the Toll and Border-Crossing Minister). After he/she accepted, he/she sends it to the prime minister, also for control and veto. After he/she accepted, it goes to the Supreme Leader for the last veto. If it's accepted, it is official, it comes into the law-book. There are 14 ministers, the consul general (he deals with the embassies), the building minister (he deals with permissions of building workings), the delegate of the People (he deals with the rights of the People), the army minister (he is the general and he deals with the laws and rights of the soldiers), the foreign minister (he deals with the abroader diplomacy), the traffic minister (he deals with the roads, trains, buses, metros, trams, and who can have a car), the study minister (he deals with the schools, the syllabus), the interior minister (he deals with the interior rights, people's rights), energy-supply minister (he deals with the gas, power or wood-supply), nutrition minister (he deals with the nutrition, what can be in the commercial traffic), goods minister (he deals with the comfort things, what can be in the commercial traffic), work minister (he deals with the jobs) and the toll and border-crossing minister (he deals with the toll and the borders). They can also make laws, and send them to the prime minister for control and veto. And he can also make laws, and send them to the Supreme Leader for last veto. The Supreme Leader is the absolut leader of Neutnacia, he controls from his inauguration to his death or resignation. The laws don't apply to him. He can make laws, and it goes direct to the law-book.
